• Global Mod - oversees forum activity, events, moderation
• Moderator — keeps watch on assigned forum sections
• Media Team — updates news, photos, SNS, streams
• Uploader — updates raw videos, subbed videos, mp3s
• GFX Designer — creates graphics for all around forum use
• Sub Coordinator — team leaders of SHINee Subs
• Subber — timers/typesetters, editors, encoders of SHINee Subs
• Translator — Korean, Japanese, Chinese translators

Member Groups
• Donor — SFI monetary project donors
• Ultra Shawol — members with 1000 posts and above
• Super Shawol — members with 500 posts and above
• Shawol — members with 30 posts and above
• Member — members with less than 30 posts
