when is the best time to download from soribada? anytime?

Is there any up to date and easy to follow tutorial to register and download from Soribada (I'm assuming soribada is like iTunes where we have to register first)? ETA: Nevermind, apparently Soribada website is in English...

Digitally I only buy from iTunes not knowing that this doesn't count towards other Korean charts...

P.S.:
In my country there is MelOn Indonesia. Too bad they didn't update SHINee contents yet, I would very much like to download some SHINee new songs as my ringtone and RBT But, I guess even if I download from melon.co.id, this won't count towards digital chart in Korea...
